Initial Consultation
Start by submitting your enquiry and contact details through our website. Once received, you’ll be sent our free short-term rental valuation form to complete with your property details. A member of our team will then review the information and get back to you with estimated projected earnings your property could potentially achieve as a short-term rental.



Property Viewing
If you would like to move forward, our team will arrange a viewing to inspect the property and assess whether it is suitable for short-term rental management and guest accommodation.

Agreement & Setup
Once the property has passed the viewing stage and both parties are happy to proceed, we will send over our management agreement outlining fees, compliance requirements, and any recommendations needed to bring the property up to short-term rental standard.



Onboarding Completion
